I like everything about this. It's missing story-telling elements, but it's forgivable and expected of an environment specifically meant as a backdrop in a larger project. Wonderful use of color and lighting, nice atmospheric occlusion going into the tunnel, and the composition is sound. There are only minor touches I'd make myself.. Line work does not really need to be all-black unless you're simulating a limitation of current rendering engines. Then certainly, I would not put the lines layer above the bloom lighting. Might push the blue in the shadows of the front-most supports and entrance to the cave, as well as adding some specular highlights to the vegetation in the lower right. Fantastic work, dude. Looking forward to your next one.
this reminds me of the game Nevermore 3, i loved the art in the game, the sounds and those types of things it also reminds me alot about skyrim... get jumped by giant rats or bandits, i really respect the way you have drawn the wood beams and mushrooms, g'job mate
