I will have to say that I am very impressed by the over all presentation of this composition. I really dig how you really utilize the foreground, middle ground and background very effectively. Your contrast is of value, color and detail work very well although I think some of the use of black flattens out in areas. Some areas seem to be heavily outlines like the blue warrior's arm and I feel that this clashes with the continuity of the rest of the painting. I love the pose of the blue warrior because it is dynamic and has energy. The red warrior is a bit static and doesn't seem to be engaging the attacking blue warrior, unless of course the blue warrior is come to the aid of the red against the spirits. Anyways, very excellent piece and I hope that this helped.

I love everything about this piece of art. I love the angle, the way the characters are standing, the brutal look - beautiful! I also love little details; like the way the blue warrior's muscles bulge out, the architecture, and the weapons. The only problem I see is the "spirits" who flank the farther warrior. I feel that they aren't really visible to the eye. However, everything was placed evenly, the costumes are extremely unique, and there's always something in this work to catch your eye.

I believe this is very original, because I haven't seen anything like this executed in such a way you did. I can just picture this on a trading card! This is a truly great piece of art. Thank you.
