I really love the technique that you have used here. Feels like a combo of watercolor and color pencil. It comes of very soft and enchanting. The mood and the pose is working well however the biggest thing that really seems to be wrong is the anatomy of her waist on the right hand side of her body. It is much to wide and it feels like you were trying to show to much of that part of her body. Imagine her standing up straight and I think you will see what I mean. That seems to be the only problem but it is a big one.
the anatomy looks great. soft and believable. the only critique I have is that the face looks a little harsh compared to the rest of the body. try softening her face, by smoothing the highlights a little bit and softening some of the edges. the outfit idea looks cool, keep developing the details and it can really stand out great, sometimes the perfect outfit details can pull a piece right together. continue detailing those feet, even if you don't add much contrast. I also like the simple background and choice of a somewhat limited palette. keep up the great work, you're improvement is inspiring.
Hope that helps
