Nice shading again :)

I also noticed that she seems to have an Asian and a more Western eye ... was that on purpose or is it just me imagining things?

However, I like the realism together with the raster (is that the right term in English?).

But it sure makes it a very intersting piece to look at :)
It's the small details that make your pictures work, right?

And I think you're doing a good job at paying attention to details. So one has to just keep looking at it.

Sorry, I'm not exactly good at giving constructive critique, but I'm trying.
