Loving a lot about this. Texture and form are all very good. My biggest worry is that the painting is very "flat." Adding deeper contact shadows and turning the form a bit with directional light will vastly improve the image. When doing so, be sure to not use white/black, but warm/cool. I've provided a fast paintover example of what I'm talking about: [link]

Also, watch the mass shifts. Right hand and left foot are much larger than their counterparts.

Would that sword realistically go into that sheath? And which of his hands would hold onto it? You may have to flip that layer horizontally so the handle makes practical sense.

Keep going on this, it's turning out great.
